Canadian indie-songstress Kylie Fox and rising star Freya Milliken join for a night of acoustic storytelling and song at Wolfville’s West Brooklyn SpeakEasy. For lovers of Joni Mitchell and Kate Bush, Fox spins stories of rolling prairies and the North-Western woods, of hometown fables and flames, and of the clumsy dichotomy of youth and adulthood in sophisticated webs of cynicism, beauty, and wit. She is joined by Freya Milliken, a thoughtful and perceptive songwriter of Acadia University’s Bachelor of Music program who has been captivating audiences around the maritimes with her smooth vocals and finger picking.

Tickets are $20 and reservations can be made in advance by calling 902-542-5424.
